If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Service Usage
REDIR.BE provides a redirection service that allows users to create shortened URLs. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
Usage Limits:
- Free accounts may create up to 50 active links at any time.
- API access is limited to 1,000 requests per hour for standard tiers.
- Automated bulk shortening is only permitted via authorized API keys.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content of the URLs you shorten using REDIR.BE. You agree not to use our service to redirect to content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or promotes criminal activities.
- Designed to spread malware, phishing schemes, or spyware.
- Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Hate speech or harassment of any kind.
Violation of these responsibilities will result in immediate link deactivation and account suspension without prior notice.
4. Link Expiration Policies
To maintain system efficiency and data integrity, REDIR.BE applies the following expiration rules to shortened URLs:
Standard Links
Links expire after 365 days of total inactivity (no clicks recorded).
Permanent Links
Links do not expire as long as your subscription remains active.
Custom expiration dates can be set within the Dashboard for all Premium accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
The service, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of REDIR.BE Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on redir.be are provided on an 'as is' basis. REDIR.BE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
